IFCA35周年記念祝賀会
2009年6月28日、表参道『ダイヤモンドホール』にて、IFCA35周年記念祝賀会が開催されました。
前年からの入念な準備、当日も会場のセッティング、受付案内から司会進行まで会員・講師有志によって行なわれ、会場の華やかさに劣らない、手作りの温かさあふれる会となりました。
参加者は、第一期から現在までの生徒・会員諸氏、外国人講師とそのご家族、更に学習院女子大学留学生センターからは所長・ご担当者とIFCAに滞在する留学生等含め総勢123名の出席でした。
元講師ロレッタ先生はこの会のためにご家族で来日、お世話になった生徒さんには特にうれしい再会でした。
留学生センター所長ジーンモアー先生からは丁寧でユーモアあふれる日本語のスピーチ。すでに社会で活躍されている元生徒さんからは、当時の面影に戻って松本先生との思い出をご披露頂きました。
後半は会員紹介と、松本先生のギター他に合わせた合唱。
久々にお顔を合わせる会員さん方の、にぎやかな話し声が絶えない会でした。

Congratulations Message
From IFCA Honorable President,
It is an honor and privilege for me to join the administration and faculty and students of IFCA in celebrating its 35th anniversary.
In a world now confronted with grave political tensions in both the Middle East and Far East, it is essential to preserve and enhance the fundamental principles of International Friendship and Culture. IFCA's initiation and successful implementation of these principles have been of signal importance.
My congratulations to all the people who have contributed to IFCA's distinguished success in past decades, and my best wishes for continued outstanding achievements throughout the present and into the future.

Congratulations on 35th anniversary of the IFCA. Your efforts throughout the years to promote international friendship and peace have yielded many successes and give you much to celebrate. At KWC we are most appreciative of those efforts, and pleased that for the past 35 years we have been able to provide our students a greater understanding and appreciation of Japanese culture through the Toraichi Matsumoto Library.
